Li-kun and Sakura-chan are gone. They went home.

[That was ...not the text he expected to see when he checked his phone just now. He's honestly not sure how to react. He's known people could just leave, Luz lost Eda just recently, but no one that he considered close has left this place before.]

[Should he be happy? He thinks he should be happy. This place is a dangerous nightmare. "Waking up" is ultimately what everyone wants. Right?]

[He isn't, though. It's a complicated swirl of emotions not unlike the ones he felt when he realized Mabel had joined them here. It takes him a few minutes to reply.]

I am. It's just as well they went together. Sakura-chan was too nice to be in a place like this.

Don't laugh. But I'm currently up in a tree at what's left of the park by the school. [Ritsuka is NOT a cat.

That said, he has a whole hell of a lot of cat-like tendencies. One of them is he enjoys being up in high places.]
